Airtel launches the my airtel application for mobile and DTH users

September 5, 2012 | Archive News

Bharti Airtel has introduced the “my airtel” application for mobile and direct-to-home (DTH) users.

The application will permit customers across services like mobile, fixed line, and DTH to check their outstanding bills, recharge their accounts, make payment, activate and deactivate service and raise requests-complaints.

Airtel digital TV customers can use the application to order movies and games. Users can download the application by logging into airtel.in/myairtel or by visiting their device application store. The users will have to pay download charges depending on the subscriber data connection for downloading and accessing the application.

Customers who do not use the company’s internet services will have to pay a one-time SMS charge for authentication to their respective telecom operators for accessing the application.
