Bharti Airtel and Vodafone Idea Limited (Vi) have upgraded their respective network infrastructure in Ayodhya by deploying additional sites, optical fibre cable (OFC), cell on wheels (CoWs), and deputed additional manpower in Ayodhya for the Ram Mandir consecration ceremony.

Vi it has added new sites and upgraded/refarmed L2100 spectrum capacity across all the nooks and corners of Ayodhya city, and enhanced backhaul connectivity, while Airtel has deployed additional network sites, placed CoW’s and laid OFC to cover the entire city with uninterrupted voice and data services.

Additionally, Airtel has deployed CoW each in Ayodhya Dham, Ayodhya cantt, airport, Katra railway station, bus stand, ramprasth park, Ram Bhadra, Brahmakund, Guptar ghat, Parikrama marg, and highway.

Further, Vi has upgraded and enhanced network capacity at Ayodhya railway station, Ram Mandir campus, airport, railway station and the connecting highways to Lucknow and Varanasi.
