Airtel Africa (Bharti Airtel’s African unit) has named Kamal Dua as its chief financial officer (CFO) and executive director. He would be appointed for this role at the company’s annual general meeting (AGM) in July 2025.
As per the telco, the present CFO, Jaideep Paul, has informed the board of his decision to retire from his position as executive director and CFO with effect from the end of the AGM, 2025. He will further pursue a new position within the wider Bharti Group.
