Aircel has launched a ‘design your own plan’ service, under which its prepaid and post-paid customers can customise their monthly mobile plans online. This service is aimed at allowing Aircel customers the freedom and convenience to manage their plans.
To design their own plans, Aircel?s post-paid and prepaid customers will need to log on to the company?s website and select a plan with calling, texting and mobile Internet settings, according to their requirements, via the plan designer tool.
After users enter their choices, relevant plans will be shared with them to choose and confirm. The subscribers will also be able to re-design the plan or add extra packs on the basis of their requirements.
The new customers on Aircel networks will be able to activate these plans by filling-up and submitting the Aircel Customer Enrollment Form at Aircel stores. Existing customers, however, have the freedom of recharging value packs online or selecting a new plan by using the design tool.
