Aircel has launched GSM services in the Kerala circle. With this launch, Aircel is now operational in 11 circles. As part of the first phase of its expansion plan in the circle, the company will invest Rs 5 billion and double the amount in a year’s time. Aircel expects to be present in all circles by the end of 2009.
