Agilent Technologies Inc and IIT Bombay have inaugurated the Agilent-IIT Device Characterization Lab.
The lab is an exclusive DC/RF device characterisation lab that is set up under the Centre of Excellence in Nanoelectronics (CEN), a part of the Department of Electrical Engineering at IIT Bombay. The lab will provide an environment for students to conduct research in the field of nanotechnology.
Specific lab instruments that Agilent is providing to IIT Bombay include the Agilent B1500A semiconductor device analyzer, PNA-X (43.5 GHz) network analyzer, PXA (44 GHz) signal analyzer, power meter and sensor, digital signal oscilloscope and a pulse generator.
