Aditya Birla Nuvo, the holding company of mobile telephony major Idea Cellular, will invest over Rs 25 billion to extend its presence to all 23 circles in the country. The company has already received licences to start operations in three more circles ?? Uttar Pradesh (East), Himachal Pradesh and Rajasthan ?? taking the tally to 11 circles.
