Aditya Birla Nuvo, part of the AV Birla Group, has sold its wholly owned subsidiary, Aditya Birla Telecom (ABT), to Idea Cellular for Rs 100 million.

Aditya Birla Nuvo, part of the AV Birla Group, has sold its wholly owned subsidiary, Aditya Birla Telecom (ABT), to Idea Cellular for Rs 100 million. Consequently, ABT is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Idea Cellular. Idea had earlier agreed to purchase the entire issued and paid-up share capital of ABT.
