What are your thoughts on technology adoption by Indian enterprises? What are the key trends that dominated the enterprise space in 2023?
Recent advances in generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) make it the most disruptive set of technologies and capabilities to hit the global market in decades. GenAI has the potential to significantly impact shareholder value by providing new and disruptive opportunities to increase revenue, reduce costs, improve productivity, and better manage risk. In the near future, GenAI will become a competitive advantage and differentiator. Apart from Gen AI, business process automation, hybrid cloud investments and cybersecurity were deemed high priority by chief information officers (CIOs) in 2023.
What impact with metaverse and Gen AI have on Indian enterprises? How can they leverage these technologies?
GenAI promises to be one of the most transformative technology trends of this decade. GenAI can help CIOs tackle complex challenges, innovate at speed and build sustainable competitive advantages in an ever-evolving digital economy.
