Online payments company Freecharge has appointed Anshul Kheterpal as chief financial officer (CFO). In his new role, he will be responsible for devising strategies for the payments business at Freecharge and Snapdeal. He will also work closely with senior leadership teams to strengthen the digital payments business. Kheterpal joins Freecharge from Airtel Money, where he served as CFO and principal officer. He was also until recently part of the steering committee of the Bharat Bill Payments System and represented Airtel Money in the executive council of the Payments Council of India.
