D-Link’s enterprise networking strategy is focused on building reliable, scalable and intelligent connectivity infrastructure for organisations across industries. Our key focus areas include high-performance switching, next-generation wireless connectivity, structured cabling solutions, surveillance networking and advanced network management platforms.
A major differentiator for D-Link is the depth and breadth of our portfolio. We offer solutions across the complete networking stack, from core and aggregation switches to wireless access points, network surveillance infrastructure and structured cabling. This integrated approach enables enterprises to deploy a unified networking ecosystem that is both efficient and easy to manage.
How is D-Link supporting enterprises in their digital transformation journey? Which solutions are in demand today?
D-Link offers scalable networking architectures that combine high speed switching, intelligent wireless connectivity and centralised network management. Currently, we are seeing strong demand for data centre solutions, Wi-Fi 6 access points, multi-gigabit switching solutions and power over ethernet switches. These technologies allow enterprises to deploy high-performance wireless networks, surveillance systems and smart devices. Cloud-based network management further enhances control and scalability across distributed environments.
How is D-Link strengthening network security for its enterprise customers?
Our enterprise networking solutions incorporate advanced security features such as IP-MAC-Port Binding, AAA (RADIUS), Compound Authentication, Port Security, SSH, TLS (HTTPS), Trusted Hosts for network management and WPA3 192-bit on wireless APs. These features help enterprises maintain strict control over network access, while protecting sensitive data and infrastructure.
Another key focus area is securing device connectivity. Our enterprise switches support integration with NAC solutions for user and device onboarding and compliance checks. D-Link focuses on a secure development life cycle through official IEC 62443 cybersecurity certification and BSIMM membership. In addition, we work closely with enterprise customers and system integrators to design secure network architectures tailored to their operational environments.
What are the new products and solutions in D-Link’s pipeline? How do they align with evolving enterprise requirements in India?
D-Link continues to expand its enterprise networking portfolio to support India’s rapidly evolving digital infrastructure. A key focus area is data centre networking, where D-Link is strengthening its portfolio of high-performance switches for top-of-rack, aggregation and core deployments. In parallel, D-Link is advancing centralised network management through its Nuclias Connect and Nuclias Unity platforms.
The company is also driving the adoption of multi-gigabit switching, supporting 2.5G, 5G and 10G speeds over existing cabling to maximise Wi-Fi 6 and upcoming Wi-Fi 7 performance. D-Link is also strengthening its high-performance switches for top-of-rack, aggregation and core, supporting 25G, 40G,100G for hyperscale and AI, while expanding rugged industrial networking designed for manufacturing & transportation.
What is your outlook for the enterprise networking market in India? Which trends do you believe will shape the next phase of growth?
India’s enterprise networking market is poised for strong and sustained growth, driven by rapid digital transformation across industries. Among key trends shaping the next phase of growth are the increasing adoption of cloud platforms and digital services, pushing enterprises to upgrade to high-capacity, low-latency networks. Meanwhile, the rise of IoT deployments and smart infrastructure initiatives is creating the need for more intelligent and scalable network architectures.
Hybrid work models are further driving the demand for robust and high-performance wireless connectivity. In parallel, emerging technologies such as AI, edge computing and data-driven applications are redefining network requirements, with strong emphasis on real-time processing, automation and seamless connectivity.
