Microsoft announced that it has collaborated with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Infosys, Wipro and Cognizant to roll out more than 50,000 Copilot licences, taking the combined deployment past 0.2 million. The initiative aims to reconfigure workflows around human-agent collaboration and enhance productivity and efficiency across delivery, sales, finance, human resources and customer-facing operations.
Additionally, the partnership highlights the transformative potential of agentic artificial intelligence (AI), an intelligent system that can proactively act, support decision-making and autonomously generate insights and is intended to unlock new avenues for growth and competitiveness.
