Vodafone Idea Limited (Vi) has reportedly signed a five-year agreement with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) to modernise its business support system (BSS). The transformation will be built on TCS’s flagship solutions including TCS HOBS and TCS TwinX. While TCS HOBS will serve as the digital backbone of Vi’s BSS, ensuring agility, stability, and seamless integration across customer touchpoints, TCS TwinX will use artificial intelligence (AI)/ machine learning (ML)-powered intelligence and scenario simulation to enhance service responsiveness and deliver personalised customer interactions.
However, financial details of the partnership were not disclosed.
