According to Reliance Industries, one of India’s biggest upcoming challenges will be instilling confidence in the next generation to succeed in a rapidly evolving technology landscape. It emphasised that this culture of innovation and excellence now influences all Reliance businesses. In particular, the focus is on artificial intelligence (AI) to address complex societal challenges, reinforcing the belief that leadership means having a clear purpose, aligning it with technology, and inspiring teams to achieve bold goals.
The company reflected on Reliance’s ambitious journey in 5G, highlighting that 80 per cent of the 5G technology stack was developed in-house, with the remainder sourced from European vendors, which is a milestone in indigenous technological capability. It also elaborated on the vision to pivot Reliance into a deep-tech and advanced manufacturing company.
In addition, as per the company, it is building an extensive manufacturing ecosystems for green and clean energy, covering solar, batteries, hydrogen, bio-energy, and more. The company’s guiding principle of focusing on a “North Star”, achieving continuous growth through excellence and creating large-scale societal impact, remains unchanged.
