Vodafone India has stated that it is planning to launch an initial public offering (IPO). The operator has, however, not divulged a timeline for the same.
The operator will reportedly launch a Rs 250 billion IPO and has appointed NM Rothschild as the consultant to work on its roadmap.
Further, Vodafone has stated that it will invest Rs 85 billion in India in 2015-16. As of now, the operator has invested Rs 800 billion in the country.
