Vodafone Business Service (VBS), the enterprise segment of Vodafone India is targeting doubling of its revenues by 2018. It plans to achieve this by focusing on top one million small medium enterprises (SMEs) out of four million SMEs present in the country. Along with this, it plans on targeting government clients.

At present, VBS is working with Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited and has deployed 40,000 SIM-based smart electricity meters. It has also done a similar deployment in Gujarat. Apart from this, the unit has recently opened its third customer experience center in Gurgaon, to help focus on government and corporate clients. Besides Gurgaon, the unit has customer experience centers in Mumbai and Pune.
