Reliance Communications (RCOM) has introduced the ?9103? GSM number series in the Jammu & Kashmir (J&K) circle.
Currently, the operator is providing 2G and 3G services to its subscribers through the ?9018? number series. The introduction of the new series is expected to help operator extend services to 1 million potential prepaid and post-paid subscribers in the J&K circle.
