mCarbon to provide technical support to TATA DOCOMO’s CRBT service

mCarbon has inked a strategic technology partnership with TATA DOCOMO.

As part of the same, mCarbon will provide technological support for the operator’s caller ring back tone (CRBT) service in Kolkata, Uttar Pradesh (East), Bihar and the rest of West Bengal.

Subscribers can access the mCarbon-enabled CRBT service through multiple mediums like interactive voice response, SMS, unstructured supplementary service data and web or client interfaces (channel99).

Commenting on the partnership, Rishi Mohan Malhotra, head, value added service, TATA DOCOMO, says, “In this day and age, operators are looking at innovative ways to deliver services and every innovation comes with a price tag.
