In continuation of the 2G case, Rajender Singh Meena, deputy officer of Mumbai’s Registrar of Companies (RoC) appeared once again before a Delhi Court in this context, say news reports.
Prior to this, in his testimony, Meena had reportedly informed the Court that Shahid Balwa, promoter of Swan Telecom, had signed various documents in the capacity of director of Sidharatha Consultancy Services. This company is allegedly an associate firm of Reliance Telecom Limited (RTL).
Meena added that Balwa served as the company?s director, as per its balance sheet in 2008. Further, during the hearing, Meena reportedly identified various documents of RTL as well.
In his second appearance, Meena reportedly told the court that after changing its name from Swan Capital Limited to Swan Telecom, the company had decided to focus on telecom as its main business.
Meena was also shown several documents of Swan Capital Limited, which had reportedly informed the RoC office about the appointment of three additional directors, which included a Reliance ADA Group official also indicted in the case.
