Tower Vision?s investors have short-listed proposals from prospective bidders looking to pick up a stake in the firm, according to news reports.

It is believed that the shortlisted bidders include Bharti Infratel, Carlyle and American Tower Corporation, along with other financial investors.

Tower Vision is collectively owned by Israel-based investment house, Fore Group, Quadrangle and Morgan Stanley.

Short-listed bidders reportedly plan to begin confirmatory due diligence on the company in the next few weeks.

Further, it is believed that a few of the short-listed bids are for a controlling stake in the company while others are for a minority stake. The bids are non-binding in nature and binding bids will be received after the process of due diligence is completed.
