Delhi Court to pronounce its order on the 2G spectrum case on September 16, 2011

A Delhi court is likely to pronounce its order on framing of charges against the 17 individuals accused in the 2G spectrum issue on September 16, 2011.

Prior to this, special CBI judge O.P. Saini, who heard the case, had reserved the order on August 29, 2011.

Concluding his argument, special CBI prosecutor U.U. Lalit had said that the trial against the accused could begin, as there was sufficient prima facie evidence against each individual.
