Videocon Telecommunications Limited (VTL) has launched its GSM-based services in the Punjab, Haryana and Gujarat circles.

In Gujarat, the service will be initially available in 13 cities –? Ahmedabad, Anand, Ankleshwar, Bardoli, Vadodara, Bhavnagar, Gandhinagar, Junagadh, Navsari, Rajkot, Surat, Valsad and Verawal. The company plans to invest around Rs 10 billion for its GSM venture in Gujarat and Rs 8 billion in the other two circles.
