Taiwan’s Far EasTone Telecommunications has signed a deal with Apple, Inc. to sell the iPhone in Taiwan. The price at which the phone will be sold and the timeline for its availability in the Taiwanese market are yet to be announced. Chunghwa Telecom is currently the only local operator offering the iPhone in the country.
