China Netcom has contracted NSN to guarantee information security for its data communication network covering 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions of China. According to the terms of the contract, NSN has to build a complete information security management system for China Netcom covering assessment, consulting, design, systems integration and project management. The comprehensive portfolio of solutions will reduce potential losses caused by information security risks, support the stable development of China Netcom’s services and will thus reduce operational expenses.
