Etisalat has signed a strategic agreement with Huawei Technologies. Under the agreement, the latter will devise for Etisalat a technical and services roadmap for the evolution to an all-IP network, and will also develop reports and recommendations for all of Etisalat’s subsidiaries. Huawei will share with Etisalat its expertise in international markets, and will help the latter adopt international best practices. The agreement will help Etisalat to explore unexploited market opportunities, drive data revenues, differentiate its service offering and increase customer retention.
