COAI has filed an affidavit with the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) challenging DoT’s spectrum allocation criterion. The COAI has also questioned the government’s move to allocate spectrum to BSNL and MTNL. Prior to this, COAI had filed an affidavit against DoT’s decision to allow dual technology.
