TRAI has approved the reference interconnect offer of the three undersea cable owners ­ RCL, Bharti Airtel and Videsh Sanchar Nigam Limited (VSNL).

TRAI has approved the reference interconnect offer of the three undersea cable owners ?? RCL, Bharti Airtel and Videsh Sanchar Nigam Limited (VSNL). The move will enable long distance operators and internet service providers to access the operators’ CLSs at competitive rates. There are six CLSs of which four are owned by VSNL. Bharti Airtel and RCL own one each.
