Oman Telecommunications Company (Omantel) is likely to buy O 65 per cent stake in Pakistan’s fixed-wireless service provider Worldcall Telecom. The deal, which will allow Omantel to gain a foothold in Pakistan’s telecom market, is valued at approximately $156 million.
