RCOM is planning to sell an additional 26 per cent stake in its telecom tower business unit, Reliance Telecommunications Infrastructure Limited (RTIL). RCOM had earlier diluted 5 per cent equity stake in RTIL to a group of seven foreign investors from the US, Europe and Asia for $337.5 million in a deal valuing the tower unit at $6.75 billion. By offloading a higher quantum of stake, the company will reportedly get a 20-30 per cent premium on the earlier valuation.
