China Mobile has completed its purchase of 100 per cent shares in Pakistan-based Paktel Limited for $460 million and renamed it CMPak Limited.

China Mobile has completed its purchase of 100 per cent shares in Pakistan-based Paktel Limited for $460 million and renamed it CMPak Limited. CMPak will invest $400 million in 2007 to expand its network. The company will also increase its network capacity and infrastructure to serve over 20 million customers.
