SK Telecom has completed the nationwide rollout of its high speed downlink packet access (HSDPA) network to offer advanced wireless services. HSDPA allows faster and seamless data transfer on mobile phones, enabling customers to use multimedia features suchas video telephony. SK Telecom invested around KRW 1.8 trillion between 2005 and 2006 to expand the network and plans to spend an additional KRW 610 billion in 2007.
