Networking equipment and software provider Cisco Systems has acquired Orative Systems, a company whose software helps connect mobile phones to corporate IT networks, for $31 million in cash. This marks Cisco’s latest attempt to bring voice, video, and internet services together in a single network to be accessed over mobile devices.
