Nordic operator Telenor has announced that it is offloading its 4.8 per cent holding in satellite communications and network company Inmarsat for ??75.1 million ($132.7 million). Once the deal goes through, Telenor will own 4.6 per cent of Inmarsat. There is a lock-in period until the release of Inmarsat’s preliminary results for 2005 and 102 days after December 31, 2005.
