The mobile wallet company, MobiKwik has appointed Virender Bisht as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO). At MobiKwik, Bisht will oversee and supervise research and development of products, user experience design and technological infrastructure. The appointment has come after the company?s announcement of making strategic appointments across departments over the next few months.
Prior to the appointment, Bisht was working in the capacity of vice president, technology for the travel reservations website of MakeMyTrip and was involved in the development of all aspects of payments and mobile domains for the online portal. He has a diverse experience of over 14 years and has worked with companies such as Educomp, Studyplaces, TribalFusion, Exponential and Tata Consultancy Services. He is a mechanical engineer from National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra.
