Vodacom in talks to buy Tata?s Neotel for over $500 million

The Vodacom Group is likely to buy Tata Communications? stake in South Africa-based operator, Neotel for over $500 million, say news reports.

Vodacom is the South African unit of Vodafone Group Plc. The Tata Group holds 60 per cent stake in Neotel, which offers fixed line and data services to customers in South Africa.
