Samsung has introduced two new 4G enabled smartphones in the J Series ? the Galaxy J5 and the Galaxy J7. Both the devices will be available exclusively on ecommerce portal Flipkart. The Galaxy J5 is priced at Rs 11,999 and the Galaxy J7 at Rs 14,999.

The Galaxy J5 and Galaxy J7 feature 5 inch and 5.5 inch HD super AMOLED screens, respectively. The Galaxy J5 is powered by a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon quad core processor, meanwhile, the Galaxy J7 is powered by a 1.5 GHz octa-core Exynos processor. Both the smartphones run on the Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system and support 13 megapixel rear camera and a 5 megapixel front-facing camera. The Galaxy J5 and Galaxy J7 come with 1.5 GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal storage which is further expandable up to 128 GB through a microSD card.
Both the smartphones support dual SIM cards and support technologies such as Bluetooth 4.1, USB 2.0, GPS, Glonass Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct. The Galaxy J5 is powered by a 2600 mAh battery whereas the Galaxy J7 is powered by a 3000 mAh battery.
