
Lava Mobiles has launched the Iris Fuel 50 smartphone at a price of Rs 7,799 in India. It is a dual-SIM smartphone with a 5-inch FWVGA IPS display and screen resolution of 480×854 pixels. The Iris Fuel 50 is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core and runs Android on 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box operating system. Along with 1 GB of RAM, the smartphone features 8 GB of ROM, which can be further expanded up to 32 GB through a microSD card.
In addition, the smartphone features an 8 megapixel rear autofocus camera with dual-LED flash along with a secondary 2 megapixel front-facing camera. For connectivity, the Iris Fuel 50 offers 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth as the options. It also features double tap to wake up screen, and supports drawing customisable gestures. The smartphone is equipped with a 3000mAh battery.
