Micromax has launched the A74 smartphone which functions on the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system.
The smartphone has a 4.5-inch screen and is powered by a 1.3 GHz dual core processor. The A74 packs in 512 MB of RAM, 4 GB of internal memory which is expandable up to 32 GB using a micro SD card. In addition, the smartphone supports dual SIMs and dual cameras (a 5 megapixel rear camera and a 0.3 megapixel front facing camera).
The A74 supports technologies such as the global positioning system and Wi-Fi and is priced at Rs 7,749.
