Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has declared a dividend of Rs 5 billion for 2006-07. The company posted a net profit of Rs 78.06 billion for the year, with revenues of Rs 397.15 billion. It invested Rs 81.42 billion for network expansion and repaid a Rs 25 billion government loan.
