Idea Cellular has introduced the Special Weekend Recharge offer for customers in Tamil Nadu and Chennai.

Priced at Rs 4, the recharge coupon would enable users to make local calls within Idea?s network at Re 0.10 per minute and Re 0.30 per minute to any other mobile network.
