Ericsson has published a whitepaper on “Experience Centric Managed Services.” The whitepaper focuses on evolution of managed services business over the last few years. According to Ericsson, earlier, the managed services business was primarily driven by cost-efficiency. However, currently, managed services business is all about creating sustainable business differentiation for organisations.
