Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has joined hands with the Union Bank of India (UBI) to launch a host of services. BSNL subscribers who hold a UBI account can pay their bills via their mobile handsets after registering their mobile number with the bank. Users can also top up their phone balance via their registered number and use their UBI debit card to pay their BSNL bill at any UBI ATM.
