Indus Towers has installed over 60 per cent of its total addition of towers in rural India in the fiscal year 2023-24 (FY24), supporting the government’s vision to bridge the digital divide and enhance connectivity in villages.
According to the company, it has powered over 14,000 sites with solar energy within a year. Additionally, all rural sites installed in Rajasthan during the FY24 are solar-powered.
Indus Towers boasts a portfolio of approximately 220,000 telecom towers across all 22 telecom circles.
