According to a report by Salesforce, 94 per cent Indian service professionals using artificial intelligence (AI) believe that technology saves them time. Meanwhile, 89 per cent service professionals at organisations with Al believe that technology helps them reduce costs.

In addition, 93 per cent service organisations in the country plan to increase Al investments this year. As per the report, the top three service use cases for Al in the country include automated summaries and reports, intelligent offers and recommendations, and knowledge article creation.

The report also highlighted that 79 per cent organisations in the country expect service to contribute more revenue this year. While 85 per cent service organisations expect more budget, 80 per cent expect more headcount this year.
