Bharti Airtel, in partnership with Apollo Hospitals Group, has launched a digital tool that leverages AI-based technologies to enable customers to assess their COVID-19 risk profile more accurately and take appropriate action.

The free digital self-assessment test is available on the Airtel Thanks app. The test allows users to check their COVID-19 risk profile by answering a few questions. Based on user responses, the digital tool generates a risk score and suggests follow-up action, including free online consultation on Apollo 24/7, dialling a COVID-19 non-prescriptive helpline from the app itself. Further, the app provides self-care tips, social distancing norms and other important prevention steps as suggested by the World Health Organisation and the health ministry.

Moreover, the digital tool enables Airtel users to also check the COVID-19 risk profile of their region by using a nationwide heatmap, which grades regions from high to low risk based on aggregated responses from these locations.

Also, as part of this partnership, Airtel customers will also be able to recharge their mobile phones at over 3,000 Apollo pharmacy stores across India.
