The Ministry of Commerce has announced that the National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM), in partnership with municipal governments of Guiyang and Dalian in China, has launched the Sino-Indian Digital Collaboration Plaza (SIDCOP). SIDCOP is an artificial intelligence-enabled platform that seeks to bridge the gap between Indian IT companies and Chinese enterprises.

A joint venture, comprising an Indian and a Chinese company, has been given the responsibility to run the platform.

According to the ministry, the platform could be useful to connect with top providers from India and help Chinese enterprises source the right solution providers for their projects.
