RJIL launches an AI based brand-engagement video platform

Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited (RJIL) has launched an artificial intelligence (AI)-based brand engagement platform, JioInteract.

JioInteract uses a powerful AI based platform to listen to user questions and respond to them in the most appropriate way. In addition, the platform has an auto-learning feature that helps improve the answering accuracy. Being a video call bot as a service (VCBaaS), JioInteract with its full scale multimedia capabilities presents AI and video call technologies in a simplified way for effective brand engagement. Using it, RJIL is also tapping developer ecosystem to create innovative applications like virtual showrooms, product demonstrations, ordering cart for e-commerce, etc.

RJIL plans to launch Live Video Call service, which is the first of many services that the company plans to launch on this platform.  It features India’s celebrities, who can usethis platform to reach out to RJIL’s user base of over 186 million subscribers for movie-promotion and brand engagement. Over the next few weeks, the company plans to introduce services such as video call centres, video catalogue, and virtual showrooms to redefine customer experience.
