Elitecore, the telecom software division of Sterlite Technologies, has announced the release of its digital commerce and customer management (DCCM) suite tailored specifically for operators. Integrated with business support systems (BSS), the solution is designed keeping in mind the complex operator structure and requirements for complete selling, marketing, monetisation, revenue management, billing and self-care capabilities through every touch point channels and devices to support entire customer life cycle digitally, from on-boarding, plan personalisation, number selection, document verification, online payments to digital care, without the subscribers having to visit the operator’s store. It supports all operator networks, both fixed line and wireless i.e. long term evolution (LTE), mobile virtual network operator (MVNO), cable and fixedline. The solution can be bundled with Elitecore BSS or can be bought as a standalone DCCM which can be seamlessly integrated with existing BSS and OSS systems. It is one of the very few solutions evolved from a BSS suite that leverages operators' existing infrastructure that digitizes services for its customers and partners. The solution also enables operators' to support both B2B and B2C requirement on a single stack.
