Elitecore Technologies has won two contracts from Indian wireline operators for its multiplay service management platform (SMP).

The wireline operators include a pay TV operator that will use the SMP platform to provide innovative broadband services along with its pay TV offerings in a single stack. Further, the company will use the SMP to address innovative use cases including bandwidth or volume on demand, fair use policy based plans, add-on plan subscription, quota management and rollover and real-time notifications.

Under the second contract, Elitecore will provide its SMP to a business conglomerate that plans to soon launch its wireline broadband services. The contract also covers providing the operator with multiple mobile apps designed for customers, partners, field workers and sales agents.

Elitecore’s SMP platform supports broadband, pay TV and voice over internet protocol on a converged platform, acting as a single stack combining modules ranging from billing, policy management and customer relationship management, mobile and web portals, reporting and provisioning.
